添加cmd到右键菜单的一键脚本

很多时候，我们需要在右键添加打开CMD操作，windows10只有打开Powershell，所以要自行添加一下，如下代码保存为reg文件，如果记事本编辑乱码，请保存ANSI格式。如果是emeditor，保持时编辑选择为系统默认。
